The Doctoral Student Government Council of the University of Siedlce cordially invites you
to participate in the 6th Siedlce Doctoral Students’ Forum.
We invite doctoral students from all academic institutions to deliver a presentation
and publish a chapter in a monograph. Active participation, intended for doctoral students,
as well as passive participation, intended for other participants, are free of charge.
The Forum will take place on 11 May 2026 in a hybrid format:
on-site – University of Siedlce, Faculty of Social Sciences, 39 Żytnia Street,
online – via the Google Meet platform; the link will be provided later.
The expected presentation time is 15 minutes.
There is an opportunity to publish a chapter in a peer-reviewed multi-author monograph.
“Different perspectives – one shared world” is the guiding theme of the 6th edition
of the Forum, which — in accordance with the idea of interdisciplinarity — creates a space
for discussion and for the exchange of experience and knowledge among doctoral students
from various fields of science.
The event provides an opportunity to present research achievements and progress
in the preparation of doctoral dissertations.

6TH SIEDLCE DOCTORAL STUDENTS’ FORUM
University of Siedlce – 11 May 2026
I. GENERAL INFORMATION
The organizer of the 6th Siedlce Doctoral Students’ Forum, hereinafter referred to as the “Forum”, is the Doctoral Student Government Council of the Doctoral School of the University of Siedlce.
The Forum will take place on 11 May 2026 in a hybrid format:
on-site – in the building of the Faculty of Social Sciences of the University of Siedlce, 39 Żytnia Street, 08-100 Siedlce, Poland,
online – via the Google Meet platform.
Participation in the Forum is free of charge, both for active and passive participants.
Active participation is intended for doctoral students from all academic institutions in Poland.
Passive participation is open to all science enthusiasts.
II. OBJECTIVES OF THE FORUM
The Forum aims to:
exchange knowledge, experience and ideas among doctoral students,
present research results and progress in doctoral dissertations,
integrate the academic community,
develop presentation and interpersonal skills,
create a space for constructive discussion.
III. THEMATIC SCOPE

IV. PARTICIPATION GUIDELINES
Applications for participation must be submitted by 15 April 2026 via the UwS Conference System.
Registration of an account in the system is required in order to apply.
Submission of an application constitutes acceptance of this guide.
Active participants must confirm their doctoral student status.
Presentations last 15 minutes and may be delivered in Polish or English.
The Forum programme will be sent no later than 7 days before the event.
Texts for publication must be submitted by 30 June 2026 to the following address:

The text must include:
20,000–40,000 characters,
author’s full name,
affiliation,
ORCID number,
title in Polish and English,
keywords in Polish and English,
abstract in Polish and English.
V. PUBLICATION
The texts will be published in a peer-reviewed multi-author monograph.
The Scientific Committee decides whether a text is accepted for publication.

VI Siedlce Doctoral Students' Forum
We invite doctoral students from all academic institutions to participate. Doctoral candidates may participate both actively and passively, while all other participants are welcome to join in a passive capacity (as attendees).
Free Participation
Participation is free of charge for both active and passive attendees, and includes an official certificate of attendance.
Peer-Reviewed Publication
Participants have the opportunity to publish a chapter in a multi-author monograph (eligible for academic points).
